Catfish tastes like dirt, anyway. At least I haven’t had any good catfish…
Never much cared for it either.
OK for a piece or two but more than that...no.

1.) Place the Carp (seasoned with butter and garlic) on a wood plank.
2.) Cook the cedar plank Carp on your BBQ for about 10 minutes so it gets a nice smokey flavor.
3.) Once the Carp is cooked, throw it away and eat the wood plank. ;)

Carp can be very nice, just cut of and throw away belly fat.

How is Harley feeling this morning?
He’s doing great, thanks for asking . Slept right through to 4am. Took him out to pee then right back to bed. Pain meds slow him for like an hour then he’s back to full on spaz. He really misses his morning wrestle.

We ditched the donut last night and got him a surgery recovery suit. Seems to be a lot less stressful for him.

I saw his twin last night at a dog park by the disc golf course.
