An interesting observation (to me anyway)

Sometime in March or April, I spilt a bunch of seeds (unknown & mixed bag seed). When I swept up, I decided I couldn't be bother to clean them so I threw them out the front door.

Sown seeds seem to produce taller plants with thicker stalks and branches than those started inside.
Tallest is apx 2.3 m or 7ft 6in.

Will be making hash from them.

I had two seeds in one pot both sets had a stunted growth and one that was 3x the size of stunted. They were in a tent 18 hours of light 55% humidity, the Maui Wowie is almost 30 inches tall. I put the stunted ones outside two weeks ago. I had plans to train and keep in tent till August but medical issues changed those plans.
Yesterday I put the larger at the time ones outside, the stunted growth plants are taller than but not as many leafs.

I read the reviews for the lights and the more I watch the growth rate outside, I think the best light is the fireball in the sky.

Welcome to all my neighbors front yards when I was smoking in school. We'd toss our seeds and sticks into their gardens and it was always a howler when the cop's would sprout and he'd be out there yanking them. Ahhh good times.

Ther are alsorts of bacterias and benificials in the earth outside. The earth is a living organisim wich plants are at one with. That and the fact that the wind movements causing good large root growth to quickly ancor the plants down, more blue light and other frequenceys of light such as uv ect all works with the plant. Not just cannabis but all plants. But you could also grow indoors using specific light spectrums tatgeted for certain stages of growth using airophonic or certain types of flood and drain and with specific tempretures and probably get much faster growth just as thick and lush and if you have the space just as big.
Indoor light is usualy made to give you tighter internodal spacing were as outdoors due to the suns spectrum the internodal spacing will usualy be bigger. So for example a plant indoors with 10 nodes could be easy under 1mtr were as outdoors a plant with 10 nodes could be 6ft plus tall.
Just diffrent things for diffrent spaces.

By the way the outdoor plants in your pics look very healthy and lush. Nice.
