Is the veg surah enough?

60x60 cabinet, 7 lt pots (2 gallons) for about 25 days. Should I wait for the vegetative growth or is it flower time? I am writing with translation, if I wrote it wrong, I did it unintentionally

It's been a week since the last update. Is the flowering season approaching? Each branch is producing its 3rd node and they are 33 days old.
