Are they ready for harvest?

Northern Lights autoflowering, not sure how long they have been flowering, because I forgot to write down that date. They did burn quite badly that one weekend I had to be away for trip, and I left that light too close to them. But this is my first grow, and they still continued to grow so I let them do that! Hoping that my next grow is going to be more successfull :)

Pictures are from couple of buds that are closest to the light from both plants.

They can withstand much rougher conditions than I thought, after that burning I thought they are going to die but no, they just kept on growing :) At least now I know roughly how far that light is supposed to be!

I removed some that were mostly burned by light, there were not much left of them. And I was taking pictures and dropped my phone, and one branch completely broke off the plant :( So this first grow was kinda messed up... (sorry if my english isn't very good, I'm from Finland)
I've got a good friend in Finland, he grows some killer shit
if you in need of beans there or anything hit me up
In my opinion no more than 2 weeks, you have to remember it's an auto and it goes much faster than a normal fem (assuming your on 18,20,24 hours of light)

Is she ready to chop now? Or still a few more days? I didn't take any pictures of the other plant because it doesn't look so ready as this one...

EDIT
Forgot that one question I was supposed to ask, so can buds be harvested one at a time or maybe top half first and then lower buds later when they are ready? Or is it always good to take them all at once?

Wait.
The red hairs haven't shriveled enough & not enough aber trichs.

Also - First thing I'd do is remove those dead brown leaves that are in the buds, can lead to bud rot.

good luck
