what is causing this?

Is this a cal-mag issue or possibly light issues.
Fastbuds 420 Northern Lights auto 23 days
DWC under 300watt light at 50% 18" away
General Hydro nutes, Lucas formula
Temps 82
Humidity 40%-50%
40k Lux around top of plant
650 ppm

One thing is your air is way too dry for that temperature.
Get it up to 65-70% and the plant will most likely start feeding correctly and things will straighten themselves out.

Dim your light to around 25k lux too.
Way to bright at 45k.
