To put them in perspective, I think of being on an airplane. The flight attendant comes down the aisle with her food cart and, eventually, parks it beside my seat. “Can I interest you in the chicken?” she asks. “Or would you prefer the platter of shit with bits of broken glass in it?”

To be undecided in this election is to pause for a moment and then ask how the chicken is cooked.

Except its not a free market really anymore. Republicans will try to make it worse. Free markets work until monopolies and oligopilies gain advantage and smother the competition. Maybe that is why republicans have had their extreme court strike down the chevron act which gave agencies like EPA and FTC power to regulate. The direction the republicans want to go is due to greed, fear, not any wish at all to help ALL the people of the USA. Just rich white people like themselves. The fact you fall for their bullshit and repeat it is unsurprising considering the misinformation and disinformation that is pumped out daily from russian trolls, far-right groups and media outlets like Fox News, OAN, and Newsmax. They work hard at it. Divide and conquer eh, and to the victor go the spoils. Dumpy and the Maga party lie incessantly to uphold their narrative. They have to because 99% of what they trot out as the truth just isn't.

If it really is something ancient cultures did, it would make sense it is very easy to do and would have been picked up by any number of cultures over time.

Connecting something like a red string to a bunch of weirdos to Harris is not hard to do. That last pic is hilarious though after reading that and trying to figure out what was being asked.
