Are those sweet peppers.
I do a sweet pepper and my favorite way to enjoy them is to sauté them with butter and a pinch of brown sugar, then serve over some fresh hot fried shrimp, steamed shrimp, fried or grilled mutton or mangrove snapper . I Cook the shrimp once a week almost every week. Damn it’s good.
Hot peppers. I like to stuff them with provolone and prosciutto.

Breakfast lunch and dinners last week. Toast and cereal today.

Pancakes, smoked ham, apples poached in wine, butter and ginger, topped with raspberry jam.
Calzone du jour. Masarepa corn meal to keep it from sticking, gives the top crust a nice crunch.
Burgers with baked red white blue fingerling potatoes. :eyesmoke:
