Did about 2 miles on my snowshoes today. The end of that sugar line gets pretty steep.

Woke up to this tiny bit of snow - grass is still green. Coyotes sure we're howling last night.


Now the brain is at multiple fruits on a tree - several varieties of apricots perhaps - each ripening a week or two apart. Apricots make the best jam - Mom always added a pit to the jar. Seeded sourdough bread, toasted with crunchy pb and jam is pretty tasty. need a brownie emoji.

There were coyotes in the woods while I was there today.
This was up on the hill.


And then on my way back down.


I made fresh tracks in. So those prints in my tire track are as fresh as they get. They probably watch me lol

That's really cool to be one with nature. Hiking is quite enjoyable. Who's hunting who can be an ominous feeling, but I'm not worried about coyotes.

We did see some bigger dogs last year.

No deer tracks this season. But lots of dog chew on the sugar lines. Kinda like teething.

I've got a 51" LG screen I have plugged into my Mac. Wife uses a 41" screen, kid has an iPad and regrets about her choice to not get a computer despite dad's urging.

I need to upgrade my wife to 4k, but that old 1080p screen refuses to die.

We slept in the car at the Division Creek rest area just outside of independence on Saturday night, drove through the rest of the 395 up to Reno yesterday. Thought we might be passing you on the way, but I think we just beat ya up

I stop there every trip for my water supply.
And now to walk shithead, we were there about noon Sunday.
