Light Schedules

Hi guys so next grow season I’m looking to start vegging plants indoor winter with a light schedule of 13 hours on 11 hours off until the outside in spring has meant that same requirement as the indoor lights I’ve just seen to many reports on people screwing up but i suppose it’s all about learning does anyone know if that light schedule will work from germinating and early veg onwards

No it won't.
They'll go straight into flower

Yo, 13/11 can totally work, but it's a bit of a wild card, ya know;)? Most growers kick off with something like 18/6 or 20/4 for solid veg growth, but you can definitely try the 13/11 and see what happens. Just be prepared for some weirdness:blsmoke:. Less light can make your plants stretch like crazy,, so keep your eyes peeled.

And don’t be afraid to tweak things if they’re not vibing. Some strains are super picky about light schedules,, so if you notice them gettring lanky or sluggish, bump up the hours a bit. Experimenting is part of the game—just keep learning as you go:)!

I have been pondering with the idea of light out at the end of flower. Does anyone know how many days to do it for? What does it do for the yield?

What do you think of complete darkness before harvest? Pros and cons.
It won't do anything that hanging and drying in the dark for 10+ days won't do. It won't alter anything for the better it's only a way to create an environment for mold to flourish.

Even if I still got the heat on. I live in the northeast so I run a heater all yr round.
