Ok first Growerschoice.nl has been great. Not their fault but thought I would post so others are aware.
I ordered Oreoz from GrowersChoice.nl based on an ad on here and Polar Gelato seeds from Linda seeds out of Spain I think, on June 5th and both orders were were sent out a few days later. The PG came through New York and I had them a couple weeks later. The Oreoz got sent through Los Angeles. Tracking shows released from customs but never received them. Even after 3 months they still show in transit. I live in Arizona. I emailed growerschoice and they sent another order on Aug 26th. Just received the package today and customs destroyed the seeds but sent the swag (stickers, etc.) and this notice.

My advice to you would be not to order seeds from the EU to the USA. It happens very often that the package does not arrive. I own a seed shop myself and have friends in other EU countries who also run seed shops. Everyone has reported such problems that the order never arrives for USA customers... But I have no idea why this happens ...

There's plenty from America on here that order from Europe on a regular basis as well and manage ok plus I have sent plenty of seeds to America and Canada myself suppose it's luck of the draw if it's spotted and stolen

I have ordered many seeds from Europe and never had an issue until these seeds. Maybe Johnny R Lopez just needed my seeds? I think they would have arrived if they sent through New York like the other seeds and not California. Can't afford to lose $$ like that often. Pay your money and take the risk.

There legal due to miniscule THC content regardless so they shouldn't be going missing either way if there ordered domestically or internationally granted they can maybe get you with biosecurity bs if it's imported without a certificate etc Vs if you order only domestic

That is what the notice indicates, violation of the "Plant Protection Act"

It's actually not BS in the sense that they're not destroying seeds based on them being cannabis . It's that the haven't gotten the proper certification from the Department of Agriculture . It's about prevention of viruses and invasive species . They'll destroy any type of seeds they find without certification .

Seed sellers who have continued issues with US Customs seizing their shipments likely need to change their stealth shipping method .

True but how many in the eu bother getting certifications cannabis is tolerated most parts of Europe remember not actually fully legal so maybe some folk can't apply for em? Idk the whole setup just a thought
