The purge continues. I was thinking about switching tv services from You tube tv to Sling. The only problem was Sling doesn't carry the local channels in our area. The more i thought about the more I realized I don't need either service. Why should I pay to have propaganda delivered to my TV when I can get it free through my smart TV.
So far I have saved over a 150 dollars a month by dumping YouTube TV, Xfinity and TMobile.
I am done with any company that uses the abusive boyfriend business model. Ya'll know what I'm talking about. They raise the rates lower the service, then when you call to cancel they get all teary eyed and give you the "what will it take to get you back". Naw bro we're done, now get the fuck out of my life.

My freaking insurance company for Auto just went up basically a third more of total cost. Never had accident, or speeding ticket nothing after 25+ with them. Said it's from more claims and some BS about rates in my state all of a sudden. GEICO :finger:

Hey Jeff, I'm alright from the fires. I live on the other side of the mountains that are currently burning up.

Last Monday I drove down to Encino which is right next to the Palisades fire. Luckily my surgeon was still working and I had some surgery and bone grafting. The bone grafting really kicked my ass. It's always the donor site that hurts the most. Anyway between that and everything else. I have Shingles and it's in my eyes so my vision is sort of crappy right now so couple the pain with the low vision and I'm just working on healing.

PS Public Service announcement get your Shingles vaccines. I've had both series of Zostavax and Shingrix and but for those I'm sure this would have ended me. So please get your vaccines.

So I finally decided that I'm going to switch over to LEDs. I wanted to purchase now before the crazy tariffs begin on Monday. After many hours of study, I decided on the Viparspectra KS5000 for many reasons. Namely because of the glowing reviews, great components, ability to put the drivers outside the room, and the sheer size of them (40in square). Two of them will just fit over my 8ftx4ft flowering area. While trying to buy them from the Viparspectra sit directly, it wouldn't let me put more than two in my cart, no matter what I did. After buying them, I see why... These were the last two available. There is a newer version, the KS5000e, but it is smaller and people are reporting problems with the new driver. I need 3, because when one goes down, I won't have to wait for it to be repaired with no light. I bought the third light from Amazon as an open box, if that one goes down, it will be covered under Viparspectra's 3 year warranty with them thinking I bought it directly from them. With my new strains and lights, I should crush it for significantly less operating costs. We'll see...

Got my piano buddy coming over for music tonight, really looking forward to sight reading some quality chamber music, scotch drinking, weed smoking, and coke bumps. My kind of party (sans hookers, unfortunately). Another glorious gigless weekend, gonna enjoy these last few. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, stay warm and lifted...

I have a ks5000. It's a great light.

I’m pretty close to being done wrenching for a minute. Advance auto parts is going out of business and there’s some absolutely incredible deals to be had. Between the Chico and 3 different Sac stores i think i’ve bought everything i could possibly use for a minute. For example. Moog hubs for the f350 are usually $275 each. They were gotten for 15 bucks. Both my trucks have new rotors and calipers. Rudys truck has new cv axles($7 each usually 200)just got done. Got hella shit for the next Lq4 rebuild. Felpro gasket set usually close to $300 got it for $10. And so much other shit I got. It’s crazy. $5 dollar flexplates, $5 dollar harmonic balancer etc.

$4000+ dollars worth of parts, prob way more, for just a couple hundred bucks. The only thing was you have to wait a good hour in line out front to get in because they’re only letting a few people in at a time because of theft. That’s what they say. But i’m in there prob for 1hr every visit having dudes look for everything i could think of. Most of the very best shit you can think of shows up as supposedly in the inventory but when they check they can’t find it. Probably because the employees are snaking shit.
