North wind blowing again, need to close the front window a bit because it's blowing right on me. It kept the temps up above freezing though so no white rooves. My team is out of the playoffs, they kept it exciting however, at least it wasn't a blowout. Now to figure out which teams I hate most to root against in the Super bowl.

Soup sounds likes a fantastic idea
I just recently used leftover French fries from takeout to make potato soup. Of course I added a little bacon. Mmmm

How did it taste?
Pretty good. I waited to add butter and salt until the very end in case the oil and salt from their first cooking was too much, but it was basically impossible to tell they hadn't been full potatoes.

I'm usually not a huge fan of them in general, unless it's from checkers

Wally carries frozen ones, great in the air fryer. Arby's curly fries are up there in flavor also.
I have never been to an Arby's. I'm not sure I've ever noticed one in my vicinity. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Me either. You can get their horsey sauce at the grocery store.
It's pretty damn good! made with real horses I believe.
