First off, thanks so much for your patience and support through all of this.
In case you’re not aware, on January 25th, our data center, which hosts all our servers and data, experienced some major connectivity problems. Unfortunately, it was so severe that we couldn’t even get in touch with you until almost February.
We worked closely with the data center to try and fix the issue, but it became clear that they weren’t able to resolve it. So, we had to make the decision to move everything—servers, data, all of it—to a new location. The new center had to re-rack everything and get us back up and running.
It wasn’t a quick fix, and definitely took longer than we anticipated.
We really appreciate the community we’ve all built together, and it means a lot to us.
If you’re having any issues with your account, photos, etc. (and it’s not related to using a TOR or VPN), feel free to send me a message with a detailed description of the problem, including the browser and device you’re using.
And if you have any questions about the situation, the forum, or anything that’s been said around other forums , don’t hesitate to ask. I’m sure others might have the same questions, and I’m happy to help clear things up.
