You can add whatever veggies you want. The dish is quite simple to make.

I would eat all the time at one of my really good buddies house when growing up. He is mexican and his mom cooked the best most traditional dishes. Mmmm mmmm. I’ve dated a few latinas. That is all I ask. That they know how to cook some good Mexican food. Call me shallow i don’t even care.

I’m just kidding of course that never stopped a relationship i’ve had with a Latina but I really love me some mexican food and Latinas :-)

Good food is always the quickest way to win someone's heart.

I enjoy cooking, learned how to make traditional dishes in every cuisine... as a bachelor. Ive been really fascinated by the culinary arts. Some of these grand master chefs blow me away with their creativity.

In this video, the chef turns McDonald's into a completely different dish.

Mexican food rules!
Being from Texas I always had a kind of arrogant belief that Tex Mex was the best.
Now I am older and more experienced I like them all, there is no best. New Mex, Cal Mex, Tex Mex, Austin Tex Mex, Sonoran Mex. Yes please.
I will draw the line at Scandinavian style.
If there is a best it would be that cooked at home by your abuela.
