My stomach is in full revolt and growling, doesn't want toast this morning, lol.

I too enjoy a English muffin with egg, cheese and sausage. We do breakfast preps including that combination and freeze them for easy breakfasts while camping - breakfast burritos too.

However my last meal at McDonald's was in 1988 in London, ON just before graduation - loved their apple pie - had to be patient not to burn my mouth - blame munchies. My last coke was in Mexico 1997.

I make them quite often with Canadian bacon. I have been trying different cheeses for variety, I used Motz yesterday but the best is smoked Gouda.

Picked up some barbacoa, mixed greens and green beans at a local market. Can just imagine the pulled beef in a taco - quite delicious.
