Chicken breast stuffed with sausage and wrapped with bacon, oven baked to 180°. Rice pasta with pesto and spinach with green beans.

went out to Culver's last night for supper and had 3 piece North Atlantic cod dinner with sides of coleslaw and crinkle fries. It was pretty good and a lot of food, I couldn't eat all the fish

I make a beer batter with Guinness when I make fish and chips, no doubt about the flavor.

Spiral cut maple glazed w/ the good china



It was 21$ for 3lb 93/7 ground beef 20$ 8lb ham. So... HAM.

Was over served yesterday - striploin with shallots/mushrooms, smoked jalapeño poppers, baby potatoes and green beans.



So leftover steak tonight with Ukranian cheddar/potato pierogis and broccoli.

Culvers is great. In Ohio and Michigan if you are near an Old Bag Of Nails pub the fish and chips is outstanding. 20 store chain very good.

Made a plate of chips n cheese last night in the truck. You probably can't really tell from the pic angle but it was a mountain of goodness

Half a bag of tortilla chips 3 layers high. Chips/cheese/chips/cheese/chips/cheese with about 10 ounces of cheese lol

And then I chopped some onion to sprinkle on top. It was a good, quick, easy and cheap meal

The chips are pretty good, I don't really taste bourbon but they have a sweet and smokey flavor. Thick and crunchy too
