Grow stunt?

I was previously said that my plant is growing really slow, as if is something that is pulling back, even though the plant looks healthy. Is it normal for the main stem to measure only about 0.19 inches (0.5cm) thickness being 3 weeks old? The only issue i have might be the heat stress but i have used to grow other plants in the same conditions and the plant was more strong than this one.
I also consider that it might be something with the seed genetics rather than other grow issues.

Hard to say without knowing other variables like, medium, light intensity, temp, humidity...... could be just a slow growing strain, or just a runt.

All in all, if it looks healthy, and all the limiting factors are covered, just let it do it's thing.

Pictures help if you can. Is the plant healthy overall? That’s the key. Some plants are slower than others, and it’s hard to say unless you have other plants to compare it to. Growing conditions vary by the individual’s setup, and whatever limiting factors there may be.

A good example for OP to see. the smallest plant in the centre of this group ended up being one of the best in the tent.
