Problem child plant, need opinions

First off let me begin by saying I dislike growing outdoors. I grow beautiful tomatoes and vegetables, but growing weed outdoors is always a problem for me. Insects, aphids, rain, wind, birds.

This plant I'm presently growing is Wedding Cheesecake auto. Grown her before indoors with a smashing success.
But this gal has been a problem from the outset. Slow to mature, not really robust like my indoor grows. Just seems to be languishing.
Soil in FFOF and coco mixed 50/50 with a healthy dose of perlite. She gets loads of direct sun most of the day.

Today is day 90, so she's overdue. Last week she got spider mites out of the blue. I think I stopped them with neem oil. Impacted the leaves, but the buds are ok. Today I found one small bud had bud rot. All other appears fine.
I've attached photos of the trichs for review. My guy feeling says I gone as far as I can with her. I think I should harvest and be happy with what I got.
Thoughts?

A picture from further away would be better, trichomes are a help for deciding when to pull, but a whole plant/flower phot will be better. Also..I’d be keeping a close eye on flowers, if that rot takes hold you will be wishing you pulled early.

If your getting spidermites and bud rot, the sooner you hang it the better. You don't want to lose everything. I haven't had the best experience with autos, some people think they are awesome, just not my experience. Dont give up on outdoor growing.

I agree. If it wasn't raining right now, I would have cut her

I've had amazing luck with autos. I really like them. But only indoors, where I can control everything.

Growing outdoors for me is pure frustration. Something always happens. Part of my problem is I'm on the coast in the NE. Short growing season. Lots of wind.

Ok, If you can manage your spider mites and mould I’d be keeping on keeping on.. they are nowhere near done. I don’t like the autos either but that’s just me set in my ways with photos.. I know where I am at with them, not at the mercy of some internal clock.

I've grown some nice photos. But one of the reasons I stopped growing them was because the would grow me out of my 4x4 tent. Grow up into my HID lights and burn the buds.
Plus I can do 2 grows a year with autos, and several different strains.
But that's me. We all have our preferences I suppose.
