3rd pair of leaves yellow with green veins

Entering into my fourth week since germination. All good up until now. pH is 6.0 (5.8-6.2), TDS 1050 (~quarter strength nutrients) Picture may not capture true colors, but 3rd set (& smaller 4th set) leaves are green at the edge and tips, rest is yellow. 2nd set of leaves are green with no yellow. Is this a deficiency of some sort ?

1050? At this size is a bit much. Is there any nitrogen in your nutes? That is not a quarter strength. I would dump that, and knock it down to 400 and try to Ph closer to 5.7.

Using Technaflora BOOST (3-0-2) 30ml per 5gal (recommended=15ml per 1gal)
Using Technaflora GROW (1-3-6) 15ml per 5gal) (recommended= 7.5ml per 1gal)
ROW TDS usually is around 150 once pH is taken down to 5.8 to 6.2 range. The above nutrients bumped the TDS to the 1000 range.
Water temp ~71-71F. It's easy for me to do a water swap... and looking at it my nutrients may be at 50% of the Technaflora recommended.

Just a quick calculation on their site, shows this:

You probably need to do this for your 5 gallon feed instead of per gallon. I think you might benefit from some calcium and magnesium. I think that is what the MagiCal is for. The B1 could help with roots, but you really need to get some nitrogen in her. I think the MagiCal could help her uptake some of that nitrogen. I would use a little more of that BC Boost stuff, but I don't want the ol'girl to burn like she has been doing. Here is the URL to their calculator. Maybe add a little more of that BC Boost than they reccomend per gallon, to your 5 gallon. Try to keep it under 400ppm while she recovers.

My Technaflora Sheet must be outdated (think it's 2011 vintage). They must have made their juice less potent back then, as it seems that they recommended twice what they do now. Anyways.... I dumped the water and replaced as follows;
ROW adjusted with pH Down
pH=6.1 TDS=70
Vivosun Base A (4-0-1), lots of nitrogen there, plus 4.5 calcium,,, 10ml into the 5 gallons, (recommended = 5-9ml/gallon)
pH=6.1 TDS=266
Vivosun Base B (1-4-2), tad more nitrogen here, plus 1.0 magnesium,,, 10ml into the 5 gallons, (recommended = 5-9ml/gallon)
pH=5.7 TDS=342
pH drifted up to 6.0 in a few hours, TDS 372
Plant back in, nutrients essentially a third of recommended.... I'll watch to see what happens.
Thanks for the help.

That's what I thought, thus I started feeding a few days before week three ended.
Either I'm feeding too much, or not enough... thus the water dump and new nutrients yesterday (day 24)

I was so worried about "burning" the plant that I did not feed at all for the first two weeks.
I've attached two more pictures with different lighting... the actual color to my eyes id in between the two... phone camara sees it a bit different then I do. yellow is actually a pale yellow green. Seems the fourth leaf set is looking greener than the third. Although they are all green, the second leaf set does have spots, so I've attached pic of them.
