Hello yall, if anyone can share good ideas for pest management preventative techniques, i have some plants out door and stacking nice but im preparing for the shite to hot the fan with pm, catapillers, bud rot ect, right now i am using BT but would like to start incorporating a fungus/mild prevention schedule, what is a recommendation spray/mix you would use during flower til harvest? Thank you

You can spray this all the way to harvest, leaves no residue! Especially effective on powdery mildew.

I’ve not tried it, but have heard a people talk about spraying their plants in flower with LABS (lactobacillus serum). The beneficial bacteria helps to combat various infections like PM and reportedly helps the plant’s overall health and resilience.

Predatory mites introduced in early veg and ongoing outbreaks. I like "Amblyseius montdorensis" since they are very efficient and translucent in color.

I typically buy and introduce them every year and when winter months comes and when thrips starting to come indoors. They also work really well against white flies.

PM problems and other various diseases are best prevented by giving a complete plant food and growing healthy plant from start to finish more than anything else, that and keeping the environment in check.

Potassium bicarbonate sprays for PM prevention, copper tape around pots to stop any snails. Diatomaceous earth prevent a lot of nasties in the soil and add silicate to the plant, be cautious about adding too much. It all depends on how you grow, if you're in pots or growing in a bed what's best to use.

Outdoors Neem oil sprays are great for both pest and fighting fungal diseases. Just be cautious about getting the concentration right, Neem oil is pretty strong acting.

Stop spraying Neem before flower starts to form. You can spray potassium bicarbonate all the way through flower but try to avoid to spraying directly on flowers.
