Ok man unsure on your setup. Do your plants sit in water or does your pump constantly circulate water. Personally if it was me I would convert your setup to a DWC and do away with the water pump and dripper setup. if your roots reach the res at the bottom I would put in an air stone in the res and hook it up to an air pump and be done with the whole mess you got now. You say you use GH Flora nutes so I would do away with the grow bottle completely IMO you dont need it. Put 5ml Micro per gallon and 10ml bloom per gallon in your res adjust the ph and watch it go. Just my opinion though.

The plants are small, can you get new starts? More clones or new seeds? The roots are damaged from drying out, this happened to me and I wasted a bunch of time trying to save sick plants. Get new starts if you can and cut your losses.

DWC is a bubbler, and your water farm is fine. I dont personally like DWC, ebb-flow in coco or rockwook is more forgiving and works just as well as DWC.
Stick with the nutes they gave you with the waterfarm. They are fine, systems with drip emmiters have 1 big problem, the drippers get clogged! Now you learned the hard way and there is no way you will let this happen again. Each day you brush your teeth and check the drip emmiters from now on.
One thing to consider if you are new to hydro is grow some of your plants in soil, that way you hedge your bets. Hydro is more risky that soil.

All DWC means is deep water culture hense the roots sit in water with oxygen in it. Your waterfarm is a form of DWC actually. You owe it to yourself to Google "Lucas Feeding Schedule" and use the GH nutes you got. I have been using them for awhile now and have had nothin but good results. But I am also a fan of keepin it simple. That is why I like bubblers they are pretty much fool proof (somthing even I cannot mess up) check out the link on my signature. I built everything there very cheap and super simple and have nothin but good results. Good luck with your grow.
