Whats the cheapest and most efficient setup i can get or make for 3 plants.. I wouldnt mind a hydroponic system over a basic lighting system..

bucket, air pump, air stone, growing medium(rocks), net pots, and powder nutes.
$5, $8, $1.50x3, free, $0.25x3, $5 = 18+4.5+.75=$23.25
i think u can put 3 plants in there with more net pots
and u could probably get cfl for the light system.
i think wallmart has 3x(6500k 26w) for like 7 bux? so say u get 2 of those $14
$23+14= 37 bux is about the cheapest u can go with basic growing equipments.

forgot to add tubes there. maybe $1.50 each. and the splitter for the air pump about $5.
