The first thing ya should do is not panic,then send an email to the company but dont expect a return email,its very common not to get emails from seedbanks,right or wrong its the way it is.
Most people freak out & condem the seed banks for their general lack of communication with customers,i for one do not,imagine if you will that your a seed supplier,now imagine the hundreds of emails they MUST recieve each & every day of the week from buyers freakling out about their purchase,it has to be overwhelming to them.
You'll get your seeds its just not going to be a transaction like buying from the sears catalog,your dealing with stoners.
