i measured her today and without the pot she is 2.6ft tall has grown around 3 inchs more in flowering so far!

Yeah im going to have to invest in a few of them. i was looking at them the other day, they come in blue and red light spectrums, at around £20 each. Im surprised at the results you got from these cfls.

its not all about the lights though mate lots of things come in to play airflow extraction,temp,feed,pruning and trimming etc

i hear ya mate, i hear ya. i always thought u had to use HID lamps and no other lights were as good, until i came here
Those cfls u have are pretty cool like, saves the bill with a HPS lol im defintely investing in 2 like, as soon as i get a chance

today i feel like quiting growing i have just over 2 weeks to go and my stupid female is a hermie it has devolped pollen sacks and has pollented bottom of the plant causing it to seed so now instead of fat resin packed buds i am going to have seeded buds wouldnt be as fucking bad if i could use the seeds but these hermies tend to pass there gens on i post some pics tommrow of the plant and fucking pollen sacks. i have read that some females do produce these in last weeks but never progress enough to pollenate it self i find this weird but thats good old mother nature for you wish i could shag myself lol

A friend of mine is growing a couple of white widows and when he discovered a male in the bunch, he promptly took it out of his grow tent and placed it at the far end of his big room.
He regularly feeds it cider, bongwater, spits on it and occasionally snaps off the odd branch
.
I asked him what his reasoning was and he told me "I want the bastard to die a slow painful death and i'm keeping him within earshot of the grow tent so the girl's can hear him scream!!".
Gotta love that answer!

the little bug is released once every to weeks while plant is in flower they go on endless journey after spider mites and afeds. afeds are there favorite but will eat spidermites to they are good natural way of checking and if there is nothing it will fly away which usally happens these things are everywhere in the uk in the summer months uk growers should have a go its good fun to having a guard on your plant for few days!

(lilly savage as i have named her) had her last feed friday just water from now on so leafs will really start to drop looks like you have overwatered but its just lack of nutes i post pics in few days all my shade leafs are now tucked in by main stem so the buds can get all the light. I need them to swell a bit hoping for a oz dry pls god=)

Actually i was just coming on to say that i have a strange drooping problem. It starts at about the middle. Only happens when in daylight hours. When i turn light off they spring back into action. U say lack of nutes make it droop? cos its not over or under watering, they kinda leave there own footprint, not seen this one before.
Again lovely pics. i need a better camera myself lol

Nice grow mang. Too bad ya gotta tranny on your hands. Oh well, if ya use the seeds, theres only two things they can be, but they will ALWAYS produce buds! Either Female or Hermie right? Or am I confused on this?
