They already do, i noticed major changes in 24 hrs after installing the hood. Where i tied the tops over, they were pointed right back up the next day. Before it would take two -three days.
Good to know. You got HID lighting, A reflector, Good grow space, A Green Thumb, your good to go my friend.

Ya, Pm me and let me know how to go back. Thanks[/quote]
Almost a green thumb. Thanks to beech, it's getting a lil' hint of green now!LOL!! I'm on it, i'll send it to ya in a minute.

Alright. Ya, somebeech is a good grower. I am doing pretty good. But from your pics, I wouldn't put yourself down, your doing excellent. I wish I had more space, but for what I am working with I am doing good.

You see the new update pics?

Looking good. Lucy is topped 2x's correct?
Actually, no. I topped her at a very young age, like two weeks from breaking ground. This made her branch off in four directions. As the plant grew, i cut off all new branch tips that would be tops, making 4 straight bud packed branches. Just an experiment to see how it would work. Cryptonite is like this too but i had her bent down and tied up for a few days. Just cut the ropes yesterday, so i'll see what happened today.
Updates will be tonight sometime!!:weed:

Looking forward to the updates.

You must be close to harvest. What...another 4-5 weeks or less?

I am excited that I will be in the flowering stage soon. I can't wait for my first harvest. And when I get to see your harvest, that just means I am getting closer and closer to harvest time. WOOT!

Hey guys it's late but here it is.......The Update!!!!!

Pics. 1-6: Here is Lucy#2 at four weeks flowering. Topped at an early age, and now has four main branches. Look at those hairs go!!!:weed:

Pics. 7-10: Plant #5, left all natural, except for some lower branch snipping in vegg. This plant is the tallest one i have and is a little too big. I had to bend the top to keep it from the light. I don't know what to expect from this one? You guys think it will be my biggest yielder? Or will it be Lucy or Cryptonite?

Next up....
Pics. 1-5 are plant #6.
She was flowered a little too early i think, but sure isn't slacking too much!! I bent the top over, obviously not because of height issues, but to get all the light possible to that little cluster, or field like area of buds growing. I think this will be a nice looking plant after all.

Pics. 6-9 are plant #7:

I think i noticed some hairs on this one turning a hint of pale purple at the base of the pistils. This plant is a little slow for some reason, it was flowered the same time as Plant #5 and 6. But is still alot thinner than the others. This one has a hell of asmell already though!!!!

I'm feeling ya! Everythings looking good. I'ma get on here and preach for a minute.

1) Grow bags: They've been the nightmare bane of my existence for the last 2 months. I've got some media in them that won't hold water if it was being dragged under a aircraft carrier in these things. I'm speaking of promix and MG organic. So far with White Widow and her predecessor Helen Keller Kush they've done the best in 5 gallon square cat litter buckets using MG 3 month time release soil cut 50/50 with perlite, watering with half strength Sensi 1 Grow and Bloom, Big Bud from Advanced Nutrients.
2) Everyone save up, collect the tools of the trade, lights, fans, carbon filters, METERS, etc and have everything ready when you BEGIN.
3)Aeroponics) I'm in the process of making a Educational/ instructional video to fill in the gap of material currently available.
Where you're left lacking from See More Buds Videos, I grow Chronic, Jorge Cervantes, etc. I am trying to address in mine.
In my WW journal here on RIU I've shown everyone from scratch in soil, with White Widow and a few other strains. Now i'm diving into Aeroponics, and let me just say, there's a reason why NASA uses it...
4) I still believe its safer to keep mothers in soil, jus mho...
5) You can call it whatever you want, if I'm not fucked up slobbering off a pinner of it, it ain't shit. For the high, Nirvana's White Widow is the best damn bang for the buck bar none. $40 or less for 10 seeds, pop 5 and clone clone clone. She yields best with about 2 months of veg underT5's or 1.5 months under 1000W HPS, then put her in flower. You'll have 6ft + monsters dropping 2.5-4 Ounces. If space is an issue with her, 2 week veg under 1000W HPS, and SOG the living shit out of her. 3 ft tall plants dropping 1.5 ounces, now multiply that by 15 plants per aero tote, thats what i'm talkin about with a Sativa Dominant indoors! And did I mention I don't even have to run a carbon filter with a room full of her? Almost no odor unless you touch her.

Thanks for coming by man!
Well, my issue is that i don't have much vertical room in my flower cabinet, due to not having the correct light hoods. I built the one i have and the other light is just stuck in the box vertically. Seems to be working, but all i have is bagseed in there.
My white widow,1 of them is only about 9 or 10 inches tall. Pics of her a few post back from last night.
I want to take clones off her, but if i do i'll have to vegg her more, which will make her bigger, to put her into flower.
I'm thinking if i top her at about 12" and take clones from the lower half of the plant, i will get good clones, and still be able to push the original into flower after two or three weeks. Then take clones off vegging plants right before going in to flower.

Does this sound like a good idea for this strain, or should i let it get a lil' bigger?

I heard it will double maybe triple in size through flowering. I can currently only use soil, but you'll see that it's working pretty good so far.

Well here's what I would recommend. I'll take some pics of the 2 i've got in soil that are almost ready, they were 14" last time they grew back from cloning and had about 8-11 "tops" on them each and have stayed under 3 ft. (Planter size is critical, real easy to rootbind, or too big a pot/bucket and monster plant) You'd take 2 sets of clones off her. First set off the bottom, they'll root right off. Then give her about 10 days veg if everythings looking ok and top her out, taking another batch of larger clones, end result will look like a bonsai style hedge with about a 6" bare stalk from soil to lowest limb, and a dome full of clones. If not sure female yet, take an even number from each one and label well to not mix up. I'll go into a lil more detail with pics and such in the next few when time permits.
