12th week! No amber..seems to be degrading?

northern lights from nirvana. 12.5 weeks flowering still no amber,some of the trich bulbs have fallen off. been flushing with water and carboblast since week 7............. 4 fuckin week flush so far!!!!! i thought they would finish by week 8........ trichs still 70% cloudy 20%clear 10% trich bulbs fallen off and its just a stem left??????? what to do what to do. looking for a couch lock this time.

i dont know but isnt 12 weeks a bit long my buddy had northern lights and it took 42 days in flower to finish

yep. i used 1 400hps for 12 plants that may be the problem. dont know

Dont you pull samples along the way??? 12 plants under a 400w HPS is only about 3 too many, so your problem is that something stunted the plants from going any further than where they are at. What? Who knows. Do all 12 look that way? I would chop them bitches, dry them and try them.

well of course they look bad they were flushed for a month and should of been cut a few weeks ago

Perhaps you missed the amber trichs or could not tell what color they were, Just a slight hint of amber(like the mosquito in the Cane in jurassic park) color is what you want not a dark brown or even a dark amber. I look for the color more in the stem than the actual ball on top of the trich seems thats where it begins

12 wks is crazy, my nirvana NL takes 8 wks.

and how can you guys say wether or not 12 plants is too much, you dont know how big they were. 12 would work well in a SOG setup under a 400

temp 70-80 rh 40-60 using fox farm nutes at 1/2-3/4 strength. ebb&flow.. there are a few seeds in the plants...and they all look like that plant in the photo

Yep they all look the same....i guess no amber. Damit i was looking for amber this time not the cloudy but 12.5 weeks is long enough.....any more signs of degradeing and ill chop i guess.....

yep i just chopped... Here is a photo of a northern light i chopped last week. Been curing for only 2 days now. The smoke is mellow yet heady high however its last only 20min. I guess it will improve with more curing....smells dank! Real guey bud.
