Theres no bickering, its all been sorted now, the faq has to be rewritten completely.

Well, let me add my 2 sense, because it seems that you are making this a much bigger job than it needs to be. First of all, remember it's FAQ, not a grow book. It's just answers to frequent questions. The answers are in the forum posts, we've been writing them for a year, they just need to be compiled.

The purpose of the FAQ is so when we're answering questions in the forums, instead of typing in the same stuff, or referring to an old post, we can simply provide a link to the answer. It just helps to keep the forums clean, and easy to read, instead of long answers that most don't read anyway.

And with the wiki system, this info can be the starting point.

You have valid points, but the whole faq does need re-writing, at the moment I havent put much in the way of articles on there, I'm just working on the structure of it at the moment which is proving to be tricky in order to make it easily accessible to everyone.

First off I want to clear something up.... the FAQ we have now is good but as a community we have come to the point where we either put out or stay as a low level player in the marijuana community.

With what we have now all our traffic could drop to 20% of what it is at.... unlikely but possible all it would take is for drugsense/overgrow to report us to google and it would be over.

If we were to take the information that mogie has spent so much time on and re-write it... we could take this forum and be the leading forum on marijuana cultivation. Just a couple thoughts, NGT has done some good work on doing some organizing but it is going to take all of you to get this wiki up to 100%

I think we all want the same thing. This is a massive undertaking, however.

I think it is realised that the faqs (maybe a 100 most frequently asked questions) and the rollipedia are going to be different things. ever read the grow bible? a lot of pages, and we will be seeking to eclipse even that. I think each subject is going to need to be a team effort. It's no good splitting people up into varying sections, as we all could have pic's we could use and information on different subjects.

Also there can be no arguments, if there are two opposing views about any particular point then both views must be noted. Everything must be correct, even grammar.
