What is the lowest acceptable night time temp when flowering?

I live in the northeast USA and it's obviously very cold this time of year - even with the heat on, my grow room gets cold when my 400w HPS goes off. So what is the lowest acceptable night time temp when I am flowering? Thanks.

Thanks pyro; 60-65 is the coldest it gets in my grow room, wasn't sure if that was going to be problematic or not...they did fine in veg though, so hopefully it will be fine. Re-creating a tropical environment in the dead of winter in the northeast USA has it's challenges...

I put a small heater on a timer in my grow room and run it 15 min on and 30 min off during the darkness..... I have gotten down to 60 as well.....
Those things are fire hazards though - having my light w/ the ballast plus an oscillating fan and a humidifier running when I'm not home makes me nervous enough...I don't need to be worrying about a space heater.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere

This is true. However it's just like anything else, safe unless you don't follow the directions..... And like he said so are your ballast and light. I hang mine facing away from anything combustable

The lowest temp should be no lower than 15 degrees less then the max temp when the lights are on. You cant have your shit out in a shed that gets cold as hell when the lights are off. You'll need a pretty stable temp pattern to be successful.
