Well, I had bought all my gear through HTGsupply. They were very helpful and nice to deal with. I reported to them that my digi greenhouse ballast makes a loud buzzing noise. They immediatley sent me a replacement. I reported that the replacement makes a loud buzzing noise also and I wanted to upgrade to a coolstar 400 magnetic ballast since Ive had bad luck with the digi ones and he is sending me out a coolstar right away. Not even charging me the extra$$$. In my opinion HTG is a great company, maybe some of their products arent the best quality but thats whythey are so cheap. And, at least they stand behind them and will replace them. Anyway, they are good people, and a reputable company you can trust.

HTG is an excellent, i've said many times before in these forums. Was it the digi greenhouse 400w? I'm planning on buying a 600w one. Wonder if it was a fluke or thats how they run. Ehh my grows not at my house anyway it really wont bother me that much :D:weed:

It was a digi greenhouse 400. And he sent out a replacement right away and that one was louder! Anyway, he said hes had other reports of buzzing from these digi ballasts... Im sticking to magnetic. Are coolstars any good? Its got to be better than the digi greenhouse. I would not reccomend one. ALthough I did grow killer plants with it ! As long as my basement stops sounding like Frankensteins lab Ill be psyched... I live in a duplex and im worried my neighbors here it....

I bought a 600w system from them a while back and within a month the bulb blew. I called and they replaced it under warranty and sent it out the same day since I wasn't smart enough to buy a spare and was worried about going back to fluorescents (stretching). I was only down 2 days. They got it to me before the weekend, free of charge, and it was an upgrade nonetheless.

HTG has been very helpful and has the best customer service I've ever witnessed. I would recommend them to anyone.

ya i just had a order from them come with a broken cool tube and also a broken bulb. they re-shipped right after my phone call and i receive the replacements shortly there-after.

shite happens, so its good to know they won't dyke you around. so far i'm happy with everything that i have gotten from them.

They are also pleasant on the phone and seem to just genuinly want to make the customer happy. He said he wants me up and running properly without a buzzing ballast and that he didnt want to inconvenience me by charging me for the difference... AWESOME!

damn SO CHEAP AND GOOD. so jelous UK ddoesnt have places like that. Erm they dont ship to england though thanks anyway.

ive got 2 orders im waiting on from them. last week i ordered a light kit and today i decided to just go ahead and order some foxfarms nutes and mylar. i wonder how long it will take to go from "in process" to here.

Sometimes it says 'in process' and the package is already in my possession. Did you get your email with your tracking number?

Hmm not sure about coolstar, the one I have now is a 400w magnetic thats HTG's brand. Great ballast cant hear it at all :clap:. When I bought it they hooked me up with the upgraded bulb. They sure do know how to take care of a customer!:bigjoint:
