We weren't talking about your little girls. They don't look developed at all from the last pics I've seen. You need way more light and more time.
How close am I to harvest

How much more time do you think? I'm waiting for two more 40 watt GroLux florescent bulbs that measure 4 feet in length. I have also added two 26 watt CFL's to my grow closet... Do you think this will be adequate lighting? Thanks for the reply!

How long have they been on 12/12? They seem really immature. They look maybe 3 to 4 weeks?

i was best able to tell with a micro mini scope. but signs to look for would be like the pistols turning brown and the bud starting to pull in and look drier. It is really easy with the scope cause as soon as the trichomes are milky white and start to move toward amber, like when more than half are amber. Looking at the pics, they look ready to me. I put mine in bud mode Dec. 1st and harvested her Monday this week. What a blast! Good luck, your plants are healthy n purple. doesn't get much better.
They've been on 12/12 now for about 6 weeks. I think the problem is that I didn't veg them long enough maybe. This is my first grow ever so I'm not surprised I screwed somethin up. haha. I need to go get a magnifying glass soon so I can check out the trichomes. Another question I had for anybody was if anyone knows how I can get some dank seed sent to the US. Is it possible? Thanks

cheers for the posi comments guys got me one of them 30x magnifying glasses and the trichs are still clear so i'm gonna give it a bit more time. I stopped feeding the plant and flushed it a few weeks ago as I hoped it'd be ready this week. (although I had 9th Feb pencilled in ) I'll flush it again tomorrow and give it some more molasses and hopefully it'll be ready on the 9th. 4 weeks without nutes. I hope it'll be ok.

without MH or HPS your wasting your time and good bud. HPS is the way to go hands down. clfs and any other florecent bulb is a waste, get rid of them. or use them for clones or something like that. cant afford an HPS? steal s street light lol. make sure it looks orange!

I have done well with crapy CFL's let alone the good ones, if you have not grown with CFL's don't dish out advice on subjects you don't know shit about.

CFls suck bro. do the research. you got a crop doesnt mean it was a good one. use some real light and then come talk to me. what you think was good coulda been great.

my point exactly bro! CFLs will give you something to smoke. but if you had real lights those babys would be amazing. i mean no disrespect you obviously have more experience with cfls then i do. reason being is because of what other people have told me and showed me on this site. numerous very experiences cfl and hps growers have said to stay away.

those plants are very tall, cfls are good for veg growth but dont have the correct color spectrums for healthy bud growth. thats why you got an oz. i force flowered my plants under HPS at 2 weeks out of the dirt. 3pz per plant. and they were only 2 1/2 to 3ft tall. they didnt need to stretch so big searching for light because i had proper lighting.

I want you to see i am using HPS and CFL, and both are growing well, maybe the HPS will grow denser nuggs and more of a yield, but for you to say CFL's are a complete waste of time is utter bullshit, sounds like you have never tried CFL's and started with HPS, or maybe your just another HPS salesman, i don't know
