when a plant is vegging it's trying to grow as big and fast as it can to prepare itself for flowering. The plants whole purpose is to reprodec in large quantities.

wait until your plant is at least 12" with 8 nodes. Then switch your lights to 12/12 with 2700k soft white cfls.

Nodes are the branches with leaves that come of the main stem. so count 2 branches at the same part on the stem 1 node.
o ok the plant has 4 leavs 2 round 1s an 2 other 1s an another 2 leaves are comin out

The 2 round ones don't count. You are looking for the leaves with 7 tips these are mature leaves.
ok but the round 1s both have a brown spot
