the only big set back is that i had to pay 100 for 5 fem seeds, and 2 of them didnt sprout

thanks for the advice guys...im not tryin to rip anyone off tho haha, i just used that price as an example of the quality i am looking for...headies usually goes for $60 an 1/8 around here, but ive seen some durban that was goin for 70...i just want somethin of the best quality...i would love to get that jack herer, but thats a bit out of my $$ range.....is ice cream or red diesel worthy of my expectations? (im pickin up alaskan ice w/ whatever choice i go with)

I dont care how good it is, there is no weed worth $70 for 3.5g to me. Unless the shit makes me nut in my pants, it isnt worth $70.

If youre looking to sell for high prices, dont underestimate brand recognition. People will buy shit they've heard of. "Oh snap, you got white widow? Ill pay 100 for an 1/8!"

I bought white skunk for this reason. Potent strain, good yeilds, and a name that people will recognize.

yup the temps seem to have a huge say in it. in my area when i grow outdoor alot of my buds purple out cause of cool climates at night

Around here...anything fruity and/or colored.

I saw dudes spending way too much money on small amounts of fruity blue stuff.

Oh yeah, and what other guy said...Known names like AK47, WW, Blueberry etc. If its like here, then the fruity stuff that makes people laugh like crazy and run around is the gold mine.

What kind of high/stone do you want? Up high, chill stone, euphoric, silly, trippy, couchlock, exotic, all day stone ....?

Decide that then look for the best within the group of strains that produce that kind of high/stone.

I stand by my calls of Kali Mist and Jack Herer, with Strawberry Cough and AK47 as alternates.

I've been through a couple dozen strains and am building a group of mothers, I like to always have a plant of each strain in flower. I'm looking for some up strains, with one body medicinal and one trippy. Right now I have:

Blueberry - Dutch Passion
Big Laughing - Dr Greenthumb
Kush - Dr Greenthumb
Strawberry Cough - Dutch Passion
Bubblegum - Serious
Kali Mist - Serious
Red Diesel - Barney's
Skunk - Peak
Skunkberry - Peak
Northernberry - Peak

I'm tossing my Northernberry and Kush mothers after their clones are harvested this grow, nice stones but not what I'm looking for.

I'm picking up Serious AK47 and Jack Herer (it was too expensive for me too, when buying several strains in one purchase).

I feel that a lot of the strains are among the best in their categories, I'll keep adding a new strain every couple of months and whittle my mother garden down to a half dozen strains.

Hi Howard. I'd have to say Strawberry Cough so far, my Bubblegum and Kali Mist are still vegging. I'm expecting the Kali Mist to be the best daytime functional high with SC and Bubblegum good as well."

Peak's are the healthiest, easiest plants I've grown. Covered in trichs, compact, huge juicy buds on the Skunkberry and Skunk. Every plant I've grown from Peak and Dr Greenthumb have been fantastic. Better results than Dutch Passion Blueberry and Strawberry Cough so far. Dr Greenthumb's Big Laughing is the best strain I've harvested to date - cannot keep from laughing, euphoric.

Peak is the best bargin on the net and Dr Greenthumb's genetics are worth twice the considerable price of his seeds.

I think he's talking about the type of high, but I could be wrong. A very potent Kali Mist could still be functional while a moderate White Rhino might make a person into a limp noodle.

HOBBES. Finally I've found someone who's doing the strawberry cough. Here's the deal(not that you asked) my girlfriend has anxiety/depression. She takes pharm. meds but I don't really like that too much. Plus her anxiety/depression takes a tole on me and our 4 year old! My question is, does that Strawberry Cough REALLY work for anxiety/depression etc. , or is this one of those trying to make a buck bs from the breeder?? This would help not only in answering my question, but in the everyday lives of my family. Thank you so very much for your help.

Yes it really works.

This is one of those times when the advertising doesnt overstep the strain. I'm setting up to treat mostly depression and anxiety with a bit of mania (bipolar), most of the strains I listed on the last page are the end result of several years of research on the net, growing and vaporizing. I find good prospects, grow them as best I can, see how they work, keep mothers for the best and warehouse the rest.

I find Strawberry Cough to be a mild high so far (not cured properly yet), very pleasant and it seems to melt away anxiety in the family member who I got this strain for. Lifts you out of the pit of depression, melts away anxiety, and lets you function in your daily life. I find that I almost don't know that I'm high unless I do a mental inventory. Very social.

I've vaped SC and hardly feel high, though very happy - so I watch my "patient" and I can see him relaxing and the tension rinsing from his hands and muscles, the recurring thoughts stopping, chest expanding as the depression goes, laughing starts .... and he doesn't know that he's high and has forgotten about vaping a bag. Perfect.

It's like a 2 hour pass out of a torture prison.

Just for the info guys, EVERYTHING in the category of Jackhammer, Purple Haze, Blueberry, ALL goes for $$70 an 1/8th in Massachussetts.
