Droopy leaves. Think it's the lighting? PICS

Okay, I know people always think that when their leaves droop that it has to do with nutes and it almost never does. I think, or at least hope, mine has to do with where the lights are. I have 3. One on top, and one on each side. Ever since I did this, the lower leave began to droop a lot more. They're getting light, but it's "side light". Are they going to be fine or should I move all the lights to the very top?

Also, the leaves that I had to tie up were EXTREMELY low. I should have taken a picture beforehand so you could actually see. The pictures aren't of much help now. But I threw them in anyways.

I think your lower leaves are just light bending nothing to worry about. The leaves are just trying to become as flat to the light as possible to get as much leaf surface areatouched with light. This is usually why people put their lights on top of the plant.

I also want to mention that plants usually bend up and down because they are growing, might be simply that so... yeah i wouldnt worry.

exactly. My plants will do that anytime i rotate them and the new ones are next to a side light. The plants are pretty smart about finding out were the sun is, and orientating its leaves appropriatly. Also, the leaves will rise and fall, or droop, When the plant goes to sleep, and wakes up.

Well.. Mine have been this way for four days... If anything, they're getting worse.

Okay. Will do. Maybe it is the water. I haven''t watered recently though due to the moist soil. However, the oddly moist soil has been moist for a long time. (Longer than usual.) So, I'd say the soil is supersaturated the plant.

Nute related? Shouldn't be on a plant that young... a couple other things it may be- high heat-makes em droopy and cuppy too. Too myuch water'll make em droop everytime, BUT at the same time, too little water will make em droop too. Only water when the pot feels emty when u pick it up. Then water slowly til there's just a bit of drainage from the bottom of the pot.

When a plant is dry the leaves will fold up not droop, but maybe. It is probably the fact that the light is vertically next to it rather than above it horizontally. Trust me B)

No, I meant too much water. I don't water too often, but maybe I watered too much.

Also, my plant isn't young. Just curious, how old do you guys think my plant is?

this is how i know when to water my ladies is when the leaves start to droop then i watch them perk back up instantly
8 weeks... I know. Sad.

Also, the soil is still moist. Actually, the soil has been moist for four days, which is about when this all started.

Oh I know.. Lol. I know it's a nutrient solution. Lol. I use it as a plant food, I just don't use much of it. Plus, the soil feeds for a while.

I'll be getting some fox farms soon.

Anyways, back to the question, is the drooping something I should be worried about?
