Ok so im just finishing up my first small grow... Built a grow box out of an armoire I got off craigslist. Everything is very hidden and legit with flower room on top and veg on bottom. Built the whole thing with my buddy out of rubbermaid containers for a drip table etc. Co2 was by far the most expensive and best investment i put into her.
I am now looking do a larger scale grow and would like to know as far as yield what would be the best way to go for a 6 x 6 x7 tent . I can according to state law in my county have 24 plants. I am wondering if it would be best to to build a vertical grow system in which i have seen some impressive yields or if big tree is the way to go.
My first design would be somewhat of an imitation of heath robinsions vertical grow shown on this form. except i would like to put the tubes on more of an angle for better drainage so i can use drippers because my success with them. usine gravity to drain to waste so they always have constant supply of fresh nutes instead of re-circuilated crap. Also i wud use a 600 watt digital on top and a 250-600 on the bottom.
My second idea is a design similar to that large ass comercial grow in canada that was shown on the Explorer on Pot i hope everyone has seen it or u missed out. But basically he had a barn full of what seemed to be like an ebb and flow bucket system. Where the water is pumped in and out of the buckets back to the res. This guys trees must have been at least 6 feet tall. My idea for lights on this system would be 2 600's on a light mover to move them around the 6 foot room.
So in short the question at hand is with a 6 foot by 6 foot room that is about 7 feet tall would yield be larger with smaller amount of large trees or a a shitload of smaller ones in a vertical system?
Any ideas, pictures, or knowledge would be much appreciated so i can get this project started..
Thanks Much
