As far as I'm aware mate, you can't over dry. I got told that when the sticks snap, its ready to be cured, but after a week of hanging my buds were real dry yet the stems didn't snap still. also, I don't reckon your green will dry as well being put in bags mate. In fact, I reckon it could do it a bit of harm. The moisture won't be able to escape from the bag and you'll get a really rank smell in the bag and on your buds. That's what happened when i tried to cure to early. I had to take it back out of the jar and let it dry properly.
To be honest, the best bet is to hang it somewhere not in direct sunlight. I don't think it matters if it's in a room that's light, just so long as it isn't in direct sun, or too near to a bright bulb. That'll destroy the thc. If ya can't hang it, try a shoebox, with either the lid off or with the lid on but with a side cut out. The card from the box wil help suck the moisture yet with the lid on it'll be out of direct light and the moisture can escape from the sides. sound any good??
The bagseed looks top mate. You got a shit load of large buds on that! Looking at them, and what i know from the size of mine, i'd say you're looking at AT LEAST what I got dry (2-2.5oz) but potentially alot more. there's some long buds on that man!
One thing I noticed with my best plant, was that if you took a bud the same size as another plant, the best plant bud (short n stumpy) would weigh considerably more than the other bud. Like it is denser! It's definitely the best plant by far. Me n the missus shared a practically pure weed blunt last night and was slaughtered lol

They are paper bags mate and im told just as effictive as hanging cuz the paper soaks all the moisture out of the edge of the buds so the moisture seeps to the edge then dries up so ya get an even spread fru the whole bud if that makes any sense at all! lol
Oh n any light at all degrades THC and also heat does the same, thats why you never ever cut at the end of the day always first thing in the morning before ya lights come on or if you have to do it at the end of the day you keep the lights off all day first... Ill be leavin my lights off for 2 days at the end anyway so that not an issue.
Any light is bad light as far as i know?... Thats why ya dry n cure it in a cool dark place! hence the primark paper bag i mean they are about 2 ft wide by a ft n half tall n about 8" deep plenty of room, dark and long as it stays in a cool place im sorted!
See its kinda mad cuz hes the runt! but its feels heavy i got to be honest wi ya! I rekon if i get 1 - 1.5 ill be very happy! some o the buds are massive tho n the whole thing is real dense! just like what you described wi your big un! real thick like ya cant really squeeze em cuz they propper dense!
