My mother is a avid gardener, or a different type, but she always told me how good for the dirt it was to have worms in it. I can see how it would help aerate the soil and I bet there waste would be good for the plants... i think this might be worth a try, but i also think I'd do a little research first cause your nutes will probly kill the worms dead as hell.

worms are good for airiating ur soil and thats it...go get some coco to mix into ur soil, it does pretty much the same shit

or mix up some peralite in it, does that well also

Do it but what ive noticed is you get mud. They airrate to much causing mud. HTH
