New grow room $500-$600 spending limit..

well i just found a set up from stealth hydro for a complete kit. everything from the bubbleponics to air stones and nutes,digital hygro/temp meter,to mediums and lights shipped for only $331.92. i am going to be having a grow area of about 37''x37"x63" and i plan for my first time going with a real crap load of high powerd cfls in both spectrums. does any body know how many lights it should take for a good grow in an area like that? also if any of uou know of a really good strain i mean i am lookin for a good yielder, with good taste and a couch lock one hit wonder!

i hope you didnt buy that SH kit yet... if so, you are gonna find when it gets there, that you bought a cheap ass kit that you coulda made for about 1/4 the price... i did..

my personal advice would be, if you want to go hydro, and have a good growroom with your budget; i would spend some time reading/talking in the hydro section of our forum... plenty of people in there can help you build a cheaper, larger, and actually working hydro setup; leaving the bulk of your money for other, more important parts of the growroom.

Dude youll make your money back within the next 3 to 4 months. i wouldnt sweat it, plus imagine all that dank dank weed youll be smoking!

well i would love to build my own setup but ive been doin research and it seems i would be spending way more on things like nutes, ph up/down, grow medium, bubble discs and the foilar spray,ect.. which are included instead of each being seperate. i guess for 496 somehing i get everything i need including a 400w hps.. bu if u think i would save money even still please let me know cause i am making a purchase tommorrow.

i say you would definately save money..... those things are cheap.... and the nutes they give you leave much to be desired... if you HAVE to get it tomorrow; then by all means; but if you can wait a few days, i would build my own... even if you make the exact same thing as what you are buying, you will still come out paying about half.... the most expensive thing in their kit is the tupperware
