long story short. im looking for an extra job as well as my current one.

ive been looking for days and there is seriously nothing about. i remember a couple years ago that you could get an extra job in the evenings / nights / weekends and have no problem.

now there is just no jobs full stop, even full time.

i just feel like telling people how crap Britain is atm. don't come here looking for work u dodgy foreigners, theres not enough for us.

what really pisses me off is that its come to the point that i need another job. i need more money and there is just nothing out there. and its not like im being picky... micky Ds doesnt even have any jobs goin.

i am lucky ive got this one. credit crunch has prices raised and people screaming for money by X date. so i could use a second one or im in the shit.

Get a hobby that makes you money.

It does not have to be an illegal hobby.. In my spare time (what little I have of it) I'm learning various things that will hopefully get me some extra money when I get better at them.

Surely you know how to put a PC together?
One of my friends often makes around £3,000 a month by putting together Custom PCs for people. He does not cheat people out of money either, they get what they pay for.


Go to a building site and ask if they need any extra workers. Most of the time they do!
Sure it's manual labour but who gives a fuck, it's extra money.

You've got no excuse to not be earning more than you are now. If you really wanted that extra cash, you'd be making it

I was a supervisor in my job for 3yrs, i quit in October and done a 4 week intensive course for the building trade, spent £1000 on tools for my trade and got business cards drawn up letterhead paper and signs for my vehicle and all that shit and there is absolutely fuck all about, tbh im a last bastard aswell but therejust doesn't seem to be anything.

i can build pcs yes but nobody wants them. rather no one has the need for a new one, no one has the money for one and the rest of them can build them themselfs.

Yeah, guys. The job market is pretty shitty everywhere. I'm just glad I'm a college kid and I'm supposed to be broke. I don't feel as bad, then.
