Yellow small plants.!!

I`m having a problem with my plants. they have turn yellow and in the older leaves also some brown spots have apear . need help

i have nute only one time, 1 day ago thinking it was N deficit.

the are like 3 weeks old

there is a fan blowing close to them.

they are about 1" 1/2 - 2" away from the CFL. i`m using by the time two 23w CFL for the 6 of them.

please help me.

whats your Ph, what nutes you using, how often are you watering and feeding? could be a number of things, do a search on plant problems, sure ive seen this posted before
