I dont use molasses. I dont need it....lol. It was a joke, I doubt anyone is going to smoke molasses. I was proving a point. The molasses does not Directly fatten or sweeten buds. Its just the cheapest alternative of trace elements and micro nutrients along with a sugar based chalice to increase nutrient uptake.


If Im wrong Please point me in the right direction, I would hate to be spreading bad information like so many people on this site.

Judging by your hostility you must know something about molasses I dont, you said Im wrong? Please Explain....

If your gong to tell me Im wrong, PLEASE have a reason why...and not "just because"....We are all here to learn. Why cant we have friendly debates without resorting to petty name calling and calling people "stupid"

Maybe you should reread your post. Oh and try using some molasses sometime and see what all of us misinformed are talking about.
Like I said, I did a side by side with and without molasses. Both were fed nutes but only one got molasses as well. The one with molasses was sweeter, end of story. I have noticed a similar smell in different strains when molasses is used. I am not spouting something I read on a websight, I am speaking from experience...

Maybe You should re-read my first post. Because it sounds to me like we are in exact agreement, the only difference is I explained why the plants were sweeter. But you said I was wrong, then you said I was wrong again.

I did not say molasses was a bad thing to use. :wall:

The plants dont process sugar, they create their own. Nutrients bond with the sugar in molasses and it helps the plant absorb more nutrients easier, and the trace elements in the molasses are great for any micro deficiencies your plants might get.

What I said in my first post, and have been saying over and over again is that the molasses doesnt just guarantee the buds will be fatter and sweeter. It can help your plants be healthier, and a healthier plant will produce better.:weed:

I actually read everything again. You should seriously do the same, I still dont understand how you can say Im wrong....What am I wrong about, and Why am I wrong?

PLEASE explain it to me, a side by side grow does not make me wrong or an idiot like you claimed earlier...:confused:

BINGO!!!!! Thats Exactly what Im saying. Nutes feed the plant, the plant processes the nutes for strong healthy growth. When you feed plants molasses the molasses doesnt go to the buds, it goes to the leaves with all the other nutes. It HELPS the plants uptake and process nutrients.

Molasses doesnt guarantee big juicy buds. It acts as a chalice (bonds with nutes) to help your plant process them more efficiently, while also providing micro nutes and trace elements to fix any micro deficiencies, and it feeds any micro organisms, Thats all it does.


"Feed your plants molasses, it will make your buds Huge and Sweeter and Stickier!!"....Thats what a pompous ass would be saying without explaining why you would use molasses, or what its even for.
