Let me put your worries to rest haha. What you are growing is a...well...a weed :weed: They are very forgiving and can survive quite a bit. As long as you avoid over watering the fuck out of them you should be fine. Are you going straight into the ground come spring time or are you putting them in some sort of container/growbag/etc.? Looking pretty good so far. I'm probably going to start my journal soon...perhaps I'll make it a video journal with the extra time on my hands. :)
haha dood! I had the same idea of maybe just recording a video for every post and just commentating during it :3

Then I was like.. man brah my videos are horrible and are pretty bad quality.

Well I came home and found my closet door closed! :x

I know it doesn't sound much, but I've only got 1 fan in there to begin with. Giving the small area I've got to work with, this area raised today to about 98 degrees!

I was out drinking and I'm sure whomever closed it, thought it was the best interest, but it suffocated these guys! Even though they prob just tried to help, it made it worse and put some stress on a couple.

I've brought the temp down to about 78 now and the humidity is back to a staggering 22% :( I'll get it back up tomorrow. One of my AUH#1 isn't looking too good, I think it's feeling the aftermath of overwatering + excessive temperature.

I'll keep them without water until the lights go back on tomorrow. I'll post pics tomorrow...ish.

You should make it on waffles.

But for real, do like a synopsis of everything goin on in the video. All your equip, timing, lighting, strains etc. Pretty much just what everyone might already know.

:leaf: UPDATE DAY OF THE 20TH DAY! :leaf:

So I finally had the good fortune of a friend to lend me a kick ass camera, so I've got some decent pics for everyone now :bigjoint:

Temperature: 77-78F
Humidity: 41%! WOOO don't know how but it did it. :hump:

The seedlings have really started to grow now, I think I slowed them down with over watering, but we should be good I changed their watering schedule to about 1 watering, every other day. The pics now are right after watering.

There's one in particular that was doing fine and then just all of a sudden shit the bed! :wall:

I think it was over watering, but I'm hoping she'll pull through ma baby!

And now the pictores ;-)

  • #1 is the dying AUH#1, #2 is full view, #3 is a healthy AUH#1, #4 is the purple stem NL x Skunk (got nice amount of these), #5 is top view of the Satori, #6 my homie "Robbie" after his near fatal accident with my ex girlfriends dog. Little shit ruining my childhood! :cuss:

Thanks again for the support and advice so far it's been a great help :bigjoint:

Nice camera! Some advice: Move all your plants really close together under that light. You dont need spaces between the pots just put the bigger ones in back and smaller ones in front. You will get more direct light on all of your plants.

warkrimez: Ooooo dude that might be why they're getting yellow spots on them!

I'll stop watering the foliage until they get a good size.

Yoyo: Aite yea I grouped them up more, should be getting the most light now.

Nice thanks, no I've dropped their watering to once every other day, but I might need to just feed them based on the soil, the soil gets real dry by the end of the day but I don't want to over water them.

Great thread, Chowda...and some great responses from everybody! What a wonderful world. I'm also in the Northern tundra (NY) and am planning an outdoor grow this year, so this thread has been a major kick in the butt for me to git going! I guess I've seen too many late season snows and I've been dragging my feet. I'm at the tale end of an indoor Min Cool Cab hydro grow, which has done fairly well so far, but I'm anxious to get some girls outside too. Are you planning on containers or in-the-ground planting?
Great thread....keep it up. I'll be starting my own journal as soon as I get my beans from Attitude. How long did your delivery take?

Stop sleeping chowda!!!:eyesmoke: I need some help taking down a tree! :)
haha really brah? You end up finding a sick spot, but mother nature has it's own agenda?

warkrimez: hhaah exactly what I think man.

mightystoned: niiicee all i've heard are great things about the FF nutes, I just can't wait to use em.. little too early for me but i'm excited :blsmoke:

Saul: thanks for coming by man, I'm glad this thread has helped you as it has for me. Sometimes yoyo and I go off topic with fart jokes and raping deer but give it a couple pages and we're back in business ;)

maaaan I appreciate all the support here guys, really, RIU is great with all the support and help everyone is fucking kickass. :hump:

Yeah well, who hasn't raped a deer or two, right? And up here in the tundra, farts, and their resulting humor, are pretty much what keeps us going through the mind-numbing winters....
And, BTW, I spent a good share of the morning reading all 155 posts...:bigjoint:

Keep it up. And here's a couple of pix from my latest Mini Cool Cab grow... Peace.

Oh...look.... a deer...!
