I want to move to either Cali, New York City, or Toronto. I have family that I can stay with in all 3 places. Which would be the best profit to risk ratio city to live in?

but why? Isn't it legal right now to grow in Ontario because they have no laws against it written out?

No.. Don't kid yourself.
It is illegal, and they will fuck you up.

Cali is interesting, New-york will fuck you up, Toronto is fucking expensive as hell to live in.. If you can get a place one hour outta TO (Barrie, etc) then your set.

The DES (OPP DEA) has ONE helicopter, and it does all of Ontario.. LOL!

Well ya outside of Toronto... are you saying that Canada is better? But doesn't the pot cost close to nothing up there compared to the US? ... Why will N.Y fuck me up?

That could be decided by if the person wants or need to become a citizen based on how long they would live there. Canada is not the easiest place in the world to become a citizen of. I have known people that wanted to move to Canada and become a citizen and were denied because they had a DUI on their record.

If citizenship is not an issue then Ontario might be a good option. It would be a rather difficult choice for a Rebel like me to make because the only ice I want to see is ice in my iced tea so moving North, like way North to the Great White North, would not be a viable option for me.

I could stand California I guess, if in the right area, but considering that cultivation laws do not seem to be all that different in many States I cannot say that California would really rank at the top of my list if I were to make one.

Cultivation in California falls under Health & Safety Code 11358 and that states that it is a felony and every person who plants, cultivates, harvests, dries, or processes any marijuana or any part thereof, except as otherwise provided by law, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison. Now that does not state for how long someone would be imprisoned but there is bound to be a minimum amount of time under the law and also a maximum time under the law and what someone receives will be determined by the circumstances and size of their grow and if they are a first time offender or a repeat offender and if so how many times they have been arrested for cultivation and also for what other offenses they may have been charged with and found to be guilty of.

I say flip a coin if you do not have a preference as to where you move. That or maybe check out the prisons in each general area and see which you would rather become a resident of if you do get busted and move there.
