What size fan to cool tube a 250watt hps

Do you have any other ventilation? Where will the air intake for your tube be coming from (inside or outside of you grow box)?
I was using a slightly higher power fan, but it was also my only source of ventilation. Also I was venting 400W HPS. You should be cool with that one, I've seen a pc fan used for 250W cool tube, no probs.

yeah you should be fine with an 80cfm but to be on the safe side. I would go with a 120cfm....so cool that u can place it very close to the plants

I will have a passive air in at the bottom of the box and a exhaust in the top of the box with a fan pulling it out to a diy carbon filter.Thanks for your reply.
