yellow and cracking leaves 2 weeks old

my leaves seem to be getting a little yellow not sure why when the plant was very litle it had a little yellow but it didnt spread any where but now a week and ahafe later it seems to be else where , also it seems like the 2nd leaf on each 2nd set of leaves is not growing weel any help ...pics

that light was temp for the pic , i am really using 2 75 watt cfls
