close but still off, given the experience of the person growing.
If you start in a big(5gal or mor) bucket and dont have to transplant, this is the best way to start, no risk of stress and lots of room for the roots. also you can grow an 8' sativa in a 1 gal bucket, just depends on the nutes, watering and grower's experience. Given the right nutes and watering you can almost completely eliminate root problem from small pots of almost any size(within reason) Yur 5 gallon buckets will be fine for the whole grow. There is a good youtube vid of a guy in cali growing 15' tall plants that harvest at 3-3.5 pounds a plant in 5 gal buckest. good luck.
thanks ppl yeah my buddie back in idaho grows out of 5 gallion buckets but he transplants like three time his last plants were taller than him and he's about six foot
i dont think i could ever transplant im not on that level i did it one sucesfully but it was freakin scary i didnt know if i did it right or if i damaged my roots. personally transplanting is HELL

this one is from base to tip of stalk 49.5 inches atm, its been grown in a 1 gal bucket since seed and have never had a prob with rootbind or slow growth. i was forced to lst the top though cause of a move we did but she made it
that plant got exposed to about 5 hours of 50 degree weather during a move. the other 2 didnt get exposed and were fine(made the mistake of letting the wifey move while i worked) but this one i had to nurse back to health for 2 months lol it never did stand back up but it did get an lst effect lol. the high was there though, shit got covered in trichs in its last 2 weeks and was an awsome smoke even though the harvest yield suffered big time.
