They are doing there jobs, but there job is to bust small time operations and gangsters trying to get into it. The cocaine and heroin that does come through isnt coming through normal means. This is a different issue. Thats money going to other countries because they manufacture products and America doesnt. It has nothing to do with drugs. Drugs still bring money to Our economy. You cant bring liquids on an airplane anymore, like toothpaste. And dogs are trained to find stuff other than JUST drugs, anything that would blast a dogs nose with odor (like deodorant or any spray to mask smell) will set off the dog, and a trainer who knows his dog can spot this.

Not saying its impossible, but theres always a risk.
