Need help with EVERYTHING.

I just discovered this site and i'm very glad I did. So this is my first post. My friend and I looked up on how to grow and it seemed pretty cool, but then we read some of the ways people get caught, smells, high electric bill etc. Then the fines, prison thing... we were sort of put down by this. But we are determined to grow and need help. We don't really know anything about growing, like how many plants we should even grow. We don't want smell to be an issue (neighbors) and the electric bill to be suspiciously high. How much money are we going to need to start? What type of seeds should we start off with? Im sure you get what i'm saying, were really unsure about how to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :confused: EDIT: FORGOT TO MENTION WE LIVE IN AN APARTMENT.

First off... Dont talk about dealing or anything of the sort. What you do is your business but talking about that will really get you caught. Secondly you need at least what like.. 50 bucks min if you have a budget. I'd get a couple CFL~ Compact Fluorescent Lights~ Some socket's and a lamp cord for your seedlings. Cool White or Bright White CFL's would work nicely. Then you have to figure out what kind of seeds would work best for Indoor. I recommend King Kush since its a short strain with a bushy yield (try to look for seeds) Then you need some soil one without Nute release since that will burn your plants. You need medium size pots and i recommend you clear a little space in your closet. Keep the number of plants you have down. The more plants you have the more light and resources you will need and the more money you'll have to spend on electricity. DONT TELL YOUR FRIENDS. And read up on stuff before you actually start growing. Good luck and have fun! Hope you grow alot of great bud. And free bud too :p

If you want a cool video to watch, check out Ultimate Grow by Jorge Cervantes (You can probably find it on Youtube or some other video site) He's a pretty knowledgeable guy.
If you've got a question, ask it. There are a lot of experienced people on RIU that have been doing this longer than I've been alive.
