Yellowing fan leafs 3 weeks into flower

So my rinky dink plant is only 3 weeks into flowering and all of the lower fan leafs are getting pale yellow. I figured its a N issue. I have been using Ionic Bloom and boost and have my res at 1200ish ppm. I started flowering this little sucker at 9" and it is 18" now but hasnt stretched vertically in awhile. Figuring I have already messed up my yeild by letting the plant develope a N issue so early into flowering is there anyway to fix this?

Is the Ionic nute line any good?

I too am using Ionic nutes (hydroponics) Growth Technology have said the N:P:K values are: "Grow-3.07:1.02:4.70 / Bloom-3.07:1.93:5.88 / Boost-0:3.7:5.14"

Im in week 2 of flowering & I feed my Blueberrys Ionic Bloom only at 1/2 strength (1000PPM) thankfully they are doing great & have no problems at all. May I ask what your PPM are & what are you growing in?
Also some pics would help.

I took some with my iphone today but have to upload them to my machine still. I am doing a DWC, with drip and a airstone in the res growing in hydroton. I did a full flush today of the res and added the nutes per the instuctions on the bottle. I am using RO/DI water and figured I have no CA or Mg in there so added enough Mg to bring the solution to 50 ppm mg and 100 ppm CA.

Ok so I am offically just past three weeks, this plant is weak I know. It was bagseed and I obviously had some issues. At this point most of the fan leaves went light yellow and a very light pull and they fell off, so it basically has none left. I took this last time I posted, but three weeks in flower was just this past sunday. I noticed today the tiny buds had a few brown hairs on them already, hardly any but a few.

I did a complete rez change this weekend using my RO/DI water. I added mg and ca to get it to 60ppm mg and 100 ppm ca. I added the ionic nutes bloom and boost as the instructions stated. Whats going on here? I also lowered the pH from 6 to 5.5
