i've 10 clones in there 5 ww and 5 jh. its about 18 inches square and 4 1/2 foot tall. the flowering plants are in a 1m x 1m x 1.8 budbox

im thinking of buying a 250w enviro lite in blue spectrum,apparently its 50% cheaper to run than a 400w hps...i just wanna know if it will be sufficient for vegging 4 plants.
looks like you have a funky little setup...those plants looked lovely b4 you burnt em...still look nice though.
Did you top em?...what age? and what height did you put em in veg?...my next grow is being topped for sure.

i was gunna get a dr40 with some cfls when i first found this site in january...Im glad i read up for a few weeks though and didnt buy the cfls.
i probably wouldn't be growing if i didnt find this site by total accident

afternoon. i let them get to about 18 inches then topped em and started to flower the same day. i don't know anything about envirolites. i just got a ceiling light with 2 18w cfls from b&q

i thought £155 was a bit steep but you can pay more than that for an oz.
i started coz i didn't know anyone where i moved to, i'm so glad i started, my mrs thinks i'm obsessed.

i got some cheese once and it was awful, but i doubt it was the real thing. the little turd i got it off wouldn't know good weed if it bit him, needless to say i didn't go back..

no i haven't, i'm only on 2nd grow my first was ww and my 2nd is ww and jack herer. i have heard (on here) its nice so i'd grow it if it suits your grow room. good luck

Krimez, that sounds awesome dude. Just watch out for the stink on that Cheese. It's supposed to be one of the stinkiest strains there is. If oscar got some cheese and didn't like it then it wasn't the real thing. I've never grown it but got a little sample from a friend once. It was heavenly.
Oh and a little UK Cheese trivia info for you. It originated from some Skunk #1 seeds. That's what it is... Skunk #1. A UK grower just happened to find one freak phenotype in his pack of Skunk beans. That's why it's clone only. If you are buying cheese seeds it means it's been crossed with something else.

nice mared,yea its deffo the real deal.As for the smell im only gunna grow 1 at a time as i wanna do a 4 plant mix for variety...kinda like a bargain bucket haha =)

getting a veg chamber is a good idea coz it saves time. just cut one of my ww down, i might have to pull a sicky tomorrow, i fucking stink and can't get the smell off me. i did say i doubted it was real cheese, i'd love to give it a try. i went to an exodus do in 91 near guildford but back then i was smoking soapbar not cheese, if only i knew!!

Yea 100% real talk right now. I feel like I wasted my enitre first year of growing. Sure I learned how to grow and everything but my buds could have been such better quality. I was growing "cheap" seeds because I thought I shouldn't waste money on expensive seeds if I wasn't sure I could grow and clone them. Now that I have the real deal I will never recommend that strategy to anyone ever. I thought there was something wrong with the way I was growing because the buds looked amazing but the smell and high wasn't what I wanted. So yea dude, don't compromise on your genetics. Get the best possible shit you can.

every thing i touch is sticking to my hands, i'll wear gloves when i do the rest of 'em, i've got a ball of resin about the size of a baked bean! i got a bit emotional when i cut through the stem/trunk... i bet you can't wait its sooo satisfying=)

Krimez, keep up the good work... i'm also growing for the first time, and just switched to flowering... Like you, i've learned everything i needed from this place, it's really exiting to grow your first, but i can't wait to get started on my second so i can do much better... you seem to have gotten pretty good help from the guys in this site (which i've come to use) so thank you all... and after reading the Whole thing, i think i talk for everyone, but we not only want to see when you harvest, but all the way to the fisrt joint!!! Keep up the good work.... will be dropping in reagularly to see the updates...

Yea mared i hear that...i paid nearly £100 all in for my seeds even though i had a shitload of bagseeds,ive always been a confident fucker so i thought it was a good investment
Ok,not much happening really apart from the leaves starting to frost up real nice around the bud sites,they seemed to have slowed down on vertical growth which is a shame coz i could have got another 12-18 inches outta them....maybe they might creep in the next week.
