i seem to have a little problem with a bunch of fruit flies in my soil an on my plants, what should i do??

ok so iv been really busy lately but here is an update
so i finally got my 250 watt hps, it took a lot longer than i expected...i think i vegged till over 75 days, 3.5ft tall, i ended up with 1 male 2 female...the male, i killed and the 2 females i put to flower under my new light.
now its 30 days into flowering, about 4.5ft tall 3.5 gall buckets lots of big nice buds starting to form, tones of hairs, and im seeing more and more trics
i however have 2 problems, i still have gnats (i thought they where fruit flies at first) and it looks like i mite a a disease or infection or something (whatever it is it seems to be spreading slowly, thankfully not between the plants but still

today is the 34th day of 12/12 under my 250 hps

my plants are now 122 days old from seed, aprox 75 days veg + 47 flower
my plants are 4' 1" and 4' 3"
i cut off about 8-10 inches of growth from the bottom of the plant, the branches werent really making any buds cuz they are far from the light so i just cut em off so the plant can put its energy into better things like making beautiful juicy buds!!!
i have some nice pics 2 groupshots (one with flash, one not), a pic of the top of one of my plants, and a pics of some trics on one of the leafs
i was originally planing on flowering for 60 days but it looks like i may need some more time...
take a look at the pics, i welcome any feedback

get a microscope and check the trichs so you can see when to harvest, there lookin rally good, great job, also keep some of those leaves on there they need them

a friend of mine has one of those little pocket magnifiers from science class i think its 5x 10x 20x magnification (it has an eyepice with 3 rotating lenses) ill use that but ill wait till i see some more browning of the pistils, i heard to wait till they get like mostly brown so theres a tiny bit of white mostly a nice brown and some dark drown and thats when the buds good to harvest

ya wait til it looks overall ripe, but depending on the high you want the microscope comes in handy

so its 51 days 12/12 now
buds coming along nicely
growth has slowed down quite a bit, but the buds are still developing
i started flushing with just ph'd water

nothing new to report
just taking some close-up macro pics of the buds and trics

59 days flowering, took some really nice pics, the buds are fattening up and trics are starting to fully form, upward growth has stopped almost completely

i think at 70-75 days flower ill cut off about a foot from the top of each plant and drop the light so the bottom buds can mature and catch up, ill cut the rest down 2-3 weeks later

i cant wait to cut down those buds and when they are dried and cured smoke myself silly

a took a couple of pics of some nice trics growing densely
the plant on the right has stopped all upward growth and the buds are fattening up but the one on the left is still very slowly creeping up, about 1/2 inch a week the past 2 weeks
ill probably cut the tops off in a week or so and let the bottom fatten up
